Personal Training Policies

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION POLICIES 

PARTICIPANT ATTIRE 

Participants must wear clothing and shoes conducive to the exercise(s) being conducted. Athletic shoes must be worn. No boots, shoes with metal buckles, flip-flops, etc. are permitted.  Clothing with an offensive, derogatory or sexual nature is not permitted.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY 

Twenty – four (24) hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling a session in order to receive credit. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of the session.

Medical emergencies accompanied by a doctor’s note are the only exception! 

NO REFUND

There will be no refunds on Training sessions.

NO SHOW CLIENTS

If you do not cancel appointments within the designated time (i.e. 24 hours in advance) And do not show for the scheduled appointment will not be reimbursed for the missed session.

TARDINESS POLICY:

Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment.

EXPIRATION DATES ON PACKAGES:

Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited.
1 session: 7 days from the date of purchase
3 sessions: 2 weeks from the date of purchase
8 sessions: 1 month from the date of purchase
12 sessions: 6 weeks from the date of purchase
24 sessions: 2 months from the date of purchase
