XTREME TRAINING POLICIES

PARTICIPANT ATTIRE

Participants must wear clothing and shoes conducive to the exercise(s) being conducted. Non-marking athletic shoes, no boots, shoes with metal buckles, flip-flops, etc. are permitted. Clothing with an offensive, derogatory or sexual nature is not permitted.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

24 hours notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling in order to receive credit for the session. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged for the session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note.

NO REFUND

There will be no refunds on Training sessions.

NO SHOW CLIENTS

If you do not cancel appointments within the designated time (i.e. 24 hours in advance) and do not show for the scheduled appointment will not be reimbursed for the missed.

TARDINESS

Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment.

EXPIRATION DATES ON PACKAGES

Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited.

  •   1 session:         7 days from the date of purchase.
  •   3 sessions:       2 weeks from the date of purchase.
  •   8 sessions:       1 month from the date of purchase.
  • 12 sessions:       6 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • 24 sessions:       2 months from the date of purchase.
