I sat in church one Sunday 4 months ago and felt ughhh. I had no energy, I had a muffin top and felt overweight. At that point I went on the internet and looked up personal trainers. I sent a request out to Xtreme fitness and received and immediate response. I figured I can finally do this. Xtreme Fitness the name definitely fits. The workout is hard, sometimes I feel like I can’t make it through the session. Every time I want to quit there is this voice saying “you can do it, you got this” (my personal trainer Xavier) and I get through it. It’s is called Xtreme Fitness for a reason. It is extreme Fitness with extreme Results. I look at myself in the mirror and I am so proud of myself. Everything is toned up my stomach is so much smaller and I am seeing the results. I can now run laps without stopping and I have so much energy. I now know how to eat to feed my body, not just because it is there. My hard work with the help of my personal trainer who pushes me, gives me meal plans, recipes and 24 hour feedback and assistance and continues to propel me to that body and energy that I always wanted.
